Live Wobble Tracker: Map shows real-time movements of Hurricane Milton
SUMMARY: Hurricane Milton has escalated to a Category 5 system and is projected to hit Florida’s west coast, possibly reaching Tampa Bay. While it may weaken to a Category 3 before landfall, the exact point of impact could significantly alter storm surge effects. Meteorologists, like Jeff Berardelli, emphasize that small “wobbles” in the hurricane’s path can lead to considerable variations in potential damage. The WFLA’s Wobble Tracker monitors these changes in real-time, providing vital information to residents. As the storm progresses, continuous tracking will be essential to assess its movements and impacts.
