WXXV Student Athlete of the Week: KeJuan Washington
SUMMARY: KeJuan Washington is a remarkable young athlete who has overcome numerous health struggles since being born one pound four ounces and needing three major heart surgeries. Despite these obstacles, Washington is excelling in football at age 13 and already making a positive impact on the younger generation. He credits football with teaching him valuable life lessons and is motivated to continue playing to honor the memory of his cousin, who served as a role model to him. Washington is also sharing his skills with younger players in the Biloxi community and hopes to continue doing so before pursuing his dreams of playing football at the University of Alabama.

SUMMARY: Easter Weekend on the Mississippi Gulf Coast offers various fun events. The Mississippi Aquarium hosts an Easter Egg hunt with special penguin eggs and a golden egg prize. The City of Waveland features a parade with floats, classic cars, and marching bands, followed by an egg hunt and petting zoo.
