Woman who allegedly killed Carl the Rooster yet to appeal sentence

Carl the Rooster’s alleged killer Kendra Shaffer has yet to appeal her guilty verdict after vowing to do so, according to our partner The Sun Herald.

SUMMARY: William Carey ‘s Information Management program excelled at the 2024 MSHIMA Conference, winning three prestigious . Dr. Alicia Watts received the Educator Award for her outstanding teaching, while graduates Devoskiea Poole and Mallory Pennington were honored with the Rising Star and Mentor Awards, respectively. Poole, who both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from WCU, is recognized for his promise in the HIM field, currently contributing to Forrest General Hospital.
