SUMMARY: Mississippi’s General Runoff Election Day is for November 28, with runoffs in seven counties. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Voters can check the My Election Day portal for tailored election information. In-person absentee ended on November 25, and mail-in absentee ballots must be postmarked by November 28 and received by December 5. Voters must present ID at the polls, and campaigning within 150 feet of a polling place is prohibited. Voters cannot take pictures of their marked ballot. Pedestrian killed on Medgar Evers Boulevard in Jackson
