Wednesday 5PM Weather Update: Cooler temps, lower humidity remainder of week

Arrest made in Amite, Louisiana double homicide, sheriff reports

SUMMARY: Nearly three months after a double shooting near a mobile home, 21-year-old Ryan Snow has been for the murders of Chrissy Jenkins and her boyfriend Christopher Hedgewood, who were found dead on July 23rd. Tangipahoa Parish deputies recently discovered forensic evidence linking Snow to the incident. He was apprehended yesterday. Authorities are urging anyone with information about the case to contact the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Gerald Sticker says Ryan Snow, 21, has been booked on two counts of 1st Degree Murder and one count of Obstruction of Justice.
