WCU to regularly raise instructors' pay

SUMMARY: A new facility for the College of Health Sciences at William Carey University is expected to be complete in around two years. This is made possible through a new $7 million grant from The Asbury Foundation, which supports organizations in the fields of health and education. In August of last year, the University gave healthcare instructors a raise to help bring their salaries up to the average rate for the region. This direct result of the new grant will enable the University to give raises on a more consistent basis.
