Warm week ahead with plenty of sunshine – Home – WCBI TV
SUMMARY: Columbus, Mississippi, is experiencing a weather transition from 60s to 80s, signaling a sunny week ahead with no rain expected. Tonight will be chilly with overnight lows in the mid-40s, ideal for enjoying the Orionids Meteor Shower. Tomorrow will bring sunshine and warm temperatures in the low 80s, with cooler evenings dropping to the upper 40s. This warm-and-chilly pattern will continue throughout the week, raising concerns about worsening drought conditions due to the lack of rainfall. Residents are advised to dress appropriately for cooler mornings and enjoy the pleasant afternoons.
