Escapee captured, ending manhunt
SUMMARY: The manhunt for 26-year-old Jaccory Carr, an escapee from the Wilkinson County Jail, has officially ended with his capture, announced on social media. Carr, a pre-trial detainee facing charges of murder and aggravated assault, escaped around 7:30 PM last night. Laurel adding 2 used fire trucks to fleet
SUMMARY: The Laurel Fire Department is adding two fire trucks to its fleet, one for Engine 6 and another for the reserve fleet, each costing approximately $50,000. Hub City Special Olympics returns to PCS campus
