Susanne Worrel recounted a similar tragedy involving her brother-in-law on election day, where delays in ambulance response were linked to Noel’s misallocation of resources. Former EMS employee Roger Montgomery criticized Noel’s orders that jeopardized public safety, underlining the profound community betrayal.
