Vicksburg issues ultimatum for nightclub after shooting
SUMMARY: The City of Vicksburg has given The Mulberry Vicksburg and Jacques’ nightclub 10 days to create a public safety and security plan or face a court case. The city’s legal department and Police Chief Penny Jones will be involved in this process. If taken to court, the city would seek a temporary injunction to prevent the bar from operating until a hearing for a permanent injunction.
