Flurries are expected to dissipate, and sunshine will prevail throughout the day, with temperatures in the 30s and 40s. Cold temperatures will continue into Wednesday and Thursday, with overnight lows in the teens and 20s. A low-pressure system may bring snow or a wintry mix Friday into Saturday, potentially causing icy roads. The system is fast-moving, with snow accumulations ranging from half an inch to an inch, and ice potential between a glaze and a quarter inch.

www.youtube.com – WYFF News 4 – 2025-03-12 22:21:37

SUMMARY: The Church Street Bridge in downtown Greenville is set for a $30 million renovation project, starting April 15th, and expected to last until March 2026. The bridge, built in the 1950s, has deteriorated with potholes and rust. The project will expand sidewalks, add new lighting, handrails, and barrier walls. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction, causing congestion. While residents welcome the improvements, they are concerned about the impact on traffic. City leaders encourage locals to explore alternative routes during construction. Updates are available on the 29bridge.info website.
