Electoral battleground North Carolina starts early in-person voting while recovering from Helene
SUMMARY: In North Carolina, in-person early voting begins today, allowing eligible voters to cast ballots at any early voting site within their county. ABC15 spoke with a volunteer and supply coordinator on Wednesday who is in Marion, North Carolina, which is just west of Asheville.
