SUMMARY: Two 17-year-old girls were in a shooting in Warren County, Mississippi, on Sunday, June 30. The incident occurred around 6:00 p.m. in the 100 block of Abraham . According to Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace, both victims were transported to Merit Region in Vicksburg by a private vehicle. One girl sustained a graze wound to the head, while the other was shot in the hip. Investigators the shooting resulted from a fight and are currently working to identify the shooter.

MHP announces 2024 Independence Day Enforcement Period
