Two Jackson homes caught on fire

SUMMARY: One of Kayland Partee’s rental properties on Beatrice Drive near Woody Drive caught fire around 5:30 in the morning. The house was recently vacated and was in the process of being renovated. Partee, the owner, was alerted by a neighbor and rushed to the scene to find the property completely destroyed. Partee has been renting out properties for over a decade and was shocked by the news. Firefighters arrived on the scene shortly after the call and were able to extinguish the fire. No injuries were reported in the incident.
