SUMMARY: Two people were arrested following the discovery of a newborn baby behind dumpsters at a Marshall County mobile home park, as reported by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department. The infant girl, believed to be Hispanic, was found at Grove of Cayce mobile home park in Byhalia on a Wednesday evening. She was in a car seat, covered with several blankets, including a blue and a pink one.
