Tupelo police search for reported home invasion suspects

SUMMARY: Tupelo police are investigating a burglary that occurred Monday night on Goodlett Street. The resident reported hearing a loud noise around 11 p.m. and, upon investigating, saw a masked intruder. The resident fired a gun, causing three suspects to flee. One suspect wore all black and appeared armed, another wore black shirt and pants, and the third had black pants and a grey shirt. They were last seen running towards Robbins Field on Jefferson Street. An older silver Toyota 4-Runner was also spotted leaving the area. Anyone with information should contact the Tupelo Police Department or Crime Stoppers of Northeast Mississippi.
