Truck carrying 40,000 pounds of cheese overturned on I-22
SUMMARY: On Wednesday night in Owa County, a semi truck carrying over 40,000 pounds of cheese overturned on I-22 near the Highway 25 exit around 9:45 PM. Senior Staff Sergeant Brian McGee with the highway patrol reported the incident. The mess caused a temporary disruption, but the road was cleared, and traffic resumed normal flow by 4 AM.

Despite the Bulldogs’ efforts to rally back, Holmes ultimately secured the road win to maintain their perfect record.
