SUMMARY: Meteorologist TJ Springer provided an update on Tropical Storm Helen, noting its devastating impact on Florida and flooding across Appalachia. Currently, Helen’s remnants are moving slowly with wind speeds of 15 mph. The storm will continue to affect the East Coast over the next 24-36 hours. Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Joyce is expected to weaken and is moving north. Springer also highlighted two potential storm developments, one with a 40% chance near Helen’s path and another with a 30% chance off the West Coast of Mexico.
