Tropics update: 50% chance for system in Caribbean to develop

The Atlantic hurricane season remains active, with the possibility of new names such as Kirk, Leslie, and Milton emerging as more systems develop. Overall, forecasts predict an active season despite a previous lull.

The National Hurricane Center says there is a 50% chance for development for a tropical system located in the Caribbean.

Man accused of plotting to assassinate Trump in Florida returns to court
