Meteorologist Leigh Spann from WFLA notes that Sahara Desert dust may limit its strength. Another wave in the west-central Caribbean Sea is moving westward and also showing disorganized activity, with a 20% chance of development as it heads towards the southwestern Gulf of Mexico.
