Victim's sister will witness Texas execution of Garcia White
SUMMARY: Garcia Glenn White, sentenced to death for the murders of 16-year-old twin sisters Annette and Bernett Edwards in 1989, is scheduled for execution soon. He is also linked to the murder of Greta Williams, whose sister, Dant Washington, plans to witness the execution after waiting nearly 35 years for justice.
