Tropical Depression 19 not likely to impact North Carolina

Potential Tropical Cyclone 19 is now Tropical Depression 19, with winds of 35 mph and a location east of Honduras in the Caribbean. The good news is hurricane chances are trending much lower. WRAL meteorologists said this system may remain weak and messy after land interaction, which makes it a much lower threat for Florida and the U.S.

Man shot dead by Vance County deputy
