Trio wanted in connection to Gulfport apartment shooting that left one dead

SUMMARY: Three suspects—Jaleal Montrez Malone (19), Ezequal Elijah Simmons (20), and Brenton Marcell Brumfield (16)—are wanted by Gulfport police in connection with a fatal apartment shooting at Emerald Pines that killed 24-year-old Donna Perkins and critically injured another individual. Malone, already in custody, is alleged to have fired indiscriminately during the mid-December incident, leading to the casualties. Two other suspects, Treyvughn Damon Kirk (17) and Amahdrey Jermaine Shade (17), were previously arrested. The trio of Malone, Simmons, and Brumfield are currently at large and are considered armed and dangerous. Information concerning the case can be reported to the Gulfport Police or Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers.
