Train collides with car after getting stuck on railroad tracks in Ocean Springs

Road closures planned for 46th annual Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival in Ocean Springs
SUMMARY: The City of Discovery is preparing for the Peter Anderson Arts and Crafts Festival, which kicks off tomorrow.
