Tracking rain and potential tropical development in the Gulf of Mexico

SUMMARY: The weather forecast reports steady light to moderate rain affecting New Orleans, with heavier pockets in areas like Chalmette and Saint Bernard Parish, while the North Shore remains mostly dry. Thursday 5PM First Weather: Few degrees colder next two mornings
