Tombigbee EPA still out of state helping with disaster relief

Costa Rica native finds home in Mississippi

Volleyball Playoffs
SUMMARY: During the peak football season, volleyball playoffs are underway as Enterprise High School’s Bulldogs hosted the Tyler Town Chiefs. The Bulldogs dominated, winning all three sets: 25-7, 25-1, and 25-6, showcasing impressive plays and numerous aces. Meanwhile, the Lake High School Hornets also swept the Heidelberg Oilers in their first-round playoff match, winning 26-6, 25-6, and 25-17. Both teams achieved convincing victories, with the Bulldogs and Hornets advancing to the next round. Congratulations to both teams, with Lake set to face Pisa on Tuesday at their home court.

Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Milton may affect the Florida peninsula, potentially intensifying into a Category 3 hurricane. Other hurricanes, Kirk and Leslie, are expected to fade as they move northward in the Atlantic.
