There are several ways to make sure you stick with your goals this year. Our Hannah Hayes has more. She says that if you set your goal too high, it may be problematic. It is recommended to only make one New Year’s resolution, that way you can focus on it. It is also recommended to write down your resolution. This will help you focus on achieving your goals and not forget what they are.

Tupelo's Braylen Williams ruled ineligible to compete in the 2024-2025 academic year

SUMMARY: Brillan Williams, a football player from Tupelo High School, has been ruled ineligible by the MHSAA for the 2024-2025 school year after transferring from Nettleton High School. The MHSAA determined that Williams’ move was not a bona fide transfer, stating it was purely for athletic reasons and occurred outside the transfer window. Tupelo High made a case for his eligibility since summer, but their efforts were unsuccessful. Williams had previously played as a quarterback at Nettleton High for two years.
