SUMMARY: Pastor Carl SoDo, co-founder of Black Lives Matter Restoration Inc., experienced a troubling traffic stop initiated by the Hillsboro County Sheriff’s Office due to an allegedly non-compliant Florida Joker tag on his vehicle.
