Tie broken in Rankin County District 1 Supervisor race
SUMMARY: Sid Scarbrough recently won the District 1 Rankin County Board of Supervisors race in Mississippi by just one vote. The race was initially tied at 1,243 votes each, but two mail-in ballots that had not been counted broke the tie.
