SUMMARY: Leake County deputies are investigating the deaths of three individuals found on August 24 in the Freetrade Community. Sheriff Randy W. Atkinson reported that deputies were called to the 7100 block of Highway 488 after a friend of Kelly Duarte, concerned for her well-being, discovered her unresponsive on the floor. The friend also found her husband, Reynaldo Duarte, hanging and unresponsive. Deputies arrived to find a third individual, Robert Walker, also unresponsive. Multiple shell casings and a firearm were recovered from the scene, and all three were pronounced dead by the Leake County Coroner’s Office.
