Three Canton men sentenced in murder for hire plot

Xavious Johnson pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and also received a 20-year prison sentence. Blackmon, a local businessman, had hired Ollie to kill Tyrone Lewis for $20,000. Blackmon paid Ollie a $5,000 down payment for the hit. Ollie then involved Johnson in the plan. Blackmon’s anger towards Lewis stemmed from a failed business deal.
