Man Arrested in Lancewood Drive Shooting | Sept. 18, 2024 | News 19 at 4 p.m.
SUMMARY: Markieff Jackson has been arrested in Huntsville for a shooting incident that occurred Monday evening on Lance Wood Drive. He faces charges of aggravated first-degree assault against a non-family member and is detained on a $30,000 bond. Police arrived at the scene shortly before 4:30 PM and found a victim suffering from life-threatening injuries.
Huntsville Police said that Markeith Jackson has been arrested for the shooting on Lancewood Drive that happened on Monday.

“Arti Gras” aims to improve small Mobile park
SUMMARY: Neighbors in a historic mobile neighborhood are revitalizing a small City Park through the Arty GR event this weekend. Local artists have donated their work for sale or raffle to raise funds for improvements in the pocket park located in the Detonti Square Historic District.
