The University of West Alabama Nursing Program is Celebrating 50 Years

Faculty members General Harwell and McClure announced the launch of the “50450” campaign to raise $50,000, supporting scholarships and equipment for simulation experiences. The celebration includes various throughout the year, with a key luncheon planned for September 7th to honor pioneering faculty member Sylvia Holman. The school is introducing a new pre-licensure Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing program this fall, alongside their existing Associate of Science in Nursing degree. Walmart carjacking suspect arrested in Corinth
