SUMMARY: The Lottery Corporation reported $639.6 million in operating revenues for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, marking the second-highest revenue in its 33-year history, though down from $652.4 million in 2023. Although sales decreased, operating expenses also fell to $437.7 million, allowing a $1.1 million savings under budget. The corporation transferred over $200 million to the for only the third time ever, totaling $204.8 million in 2024โ€”a $7.3 million decrease from 2023. Bexar County deputy recovering from head injury after being hit by car
