Strange smell and vapors from Channelview chemical plant alarm neighbors
SUMMARY: Residents near the Case Solve chemical plant in Channelview were alarmed by reports of a strong, strange odor, prompting concerns for their safety. Firefighters and environmental workers responded, but homeowners felt left in the dark about the situation.
