SUMMARY: During Monday’s game at the American Airlines Center, several Mavericks fans were ejected for criticizing team management with signs and shirts, including messages like “Fire Nico,” aimed at GM Nico Harrison after the trade of Luka Doncic. Mark Cuban appeared to be particularly triggered by the criticism. Fans reported being denied entry for wearing provocative apparel, leading to frustration among those who still support the team but dislike recent decisions. While some fans expressed disbelief at the trade, many others were focused on supporting the Mavericks. Signs of Warriors pride overshadowed Mavs supporters as Golden State visited.

SUMMARY: The Texas Department of Health and Human Services shut down Thompson’s Residential Treatment Center in Greenville after finding it posed an immediate threat to children’s safety, following the death of an 11-year-old boy, referred to as “O”. He died after exhibiting signs of severe distress, including walking unsteadily before the movie “Gladiator 2.” Staff reportedly neglected his condition despite his complaints of pain and weakness. The facility had a troubling history, including past citations for facilitating fight clubs and misconduct.
