Testimony begins in St. Paddy’s Parade double slaying

SUMMARY: In court , key witnesses testified in the trial of 29-year-old Jordan Cummings, who is accused of fatally shooting Joshua Spann and Jordan Jubilee Simpkins during the 2023 St. Pat's Parade.
