Teen facing charges following deadly Clarksville crash from June

Body found in Laurel County, Kentucky

Man's identity uncovered years after remains initially found
SUMMARY: Genetic research has enabled police to identify human remains found in January 2018 in a makeshift shelter along I-24. The skeletal remains, along with a sleeping bag and clothing, were linked to 65-year-old Steven Allen Yance, a Vermont man who had been living at the site and lost contact with his family years earlier.
