Teen charged in Raymond homicide
SUMMARY: Hinds County Sheriff’s Office arrested 17-year-old Darius Jenkins for the murder of 17-year-old James Rieder in late October in Raymond. Rieder was found shot to death inside a pickup truck on Magnolia Drive on October 30th. Jenkins, from Bolton, has been charged as an adult. Calls have been made for a federal investigation into the case.
