SUMMARY: The National Hurricane Center is monitoring a region in the Western Caribbean with a 40% chance of tropical development this week, particularly around November 1. While currently nothing significant is happening, conditions for potential tropical activity may arise, possibly leading to a tropical depression. Historically, November storms in this area typically move northeast into the Atlantic. There’s no immediate concern for the Gulf Coast, but travelers to the Caribbean in early November should stay updated. Additionally, Daylight Saving Time ends on November 3, shifting clocks back an hour. The forecast indicates warm and humid weather with some rain chances for Halloween.
