Gregg had multiple issues, psychiatrist says
SUMMARY: The individual reported engaging in restrictive food intake, bingeing, and purging through self-induced vomiting over the past few years, although she had never used laxatives or diuretics. Despite these behaviors, she had not lost a significant amount of weight. Additionally, she experienced mood issues, self-harm, auditory hallucinations, and sleep difficulties, which had been ongoing and intensified as January 2024 approached.
