Some Hinds County voters have last minute poll change

SUMMARY: Voters in precinct 59 have been affected by a recent change in polling location, causing confusion for those who have been using the same precinct for the past three election cycles. The board voted in January to move the precinct from Word of Christ Church on Lynch Street to Blacks Chapel Church on Robinson Street. Rejohnna Brown helped voters find the new precinct location and the county was forced to find a new location after Word of Christ Church leaders decided they no longer wanted to serve as a voting precinct. Additional precincts are expected to be relocated to Blacks Chapel Church before the November presidential election.

Jackson Democratic mayoral primary heads to runoff
