Certain groups, such as homeless individuals, veterans, and youth who aged out of foster care, are exempt from these requirements. The maximum SNAP allotment and income eligibility have also been adjusted.

Bricen Rivers pleads not guilty to murder of ex-girlfriend Lauren Johansen
