Senatobia boy accused of urinating in public ordered to write 2-page essay about Kobe Bryant
SUMMARY: An 11-year-old Mississippi boy, Quantavious Eason, arrested for public urination, has been ordered to serve three months probation and write an essay on Kobe Bryant. Taken into custody last August outside a law office where his mother was, the situation led to the involved officer’s dismissal after an internal investigation. Initially told he would get a court referral, Quantavious was arrested by arriving officers. The boy now reports to a judge monthly with his mother, and his family is considering legal action against the Senatobia Police Department.
