With only 10 charter schools currently in operation, the data shows significant improvements in student outcomes, especially in reading, math, and science proficiency. Expanding charter schools can provide more personalized learning opportunities and foster healthy competition within the education system. To better serve families and address educational disparities, I urge the Mississippi Legislature to pass House Bill 1432, enabling charter schools to expand and improve access to quality education statewide.

Board of Education to review proposals from Mississippi universities over future of MSMS

Finalists for Howell, Gillom trophies announced
