Saltillo police officer named Officer of the Year

SUMMARY: Sergeant Cody Moore of Saltillo PD in Mississippi was named “Officer of the Year” by Northeast Mississippi Crimestoppers. Moore, a U.S. Army veteran, was recognized for his dedication to his job and his commitment to helping people in his hometown. He previously worked for the Corinth Department. Another honoree was retired Lee County Constable Phil Gann, who received the Lifetime Service award. The took place during the annual lunch in Belden. Mississippi sees 5th largest increase in fatal crashes: study
