Rolling Fork holds historical marker restoration ceremony

SUMMARY: The National Endowment for the Humanities has approved emergency of over $15,000 for Rolling Fork, Mississippi. This funding will be used to replace the Muddy Waters Mississippi Blues Trail marker, which was torn from its post by a , as well as damaged interpretive signage about Theodore Roosevelt, Holt Collier, and Rolling Fork’s history. The National Endowment for the Humanities is proud to these historical markers, as they invite people to learn about the past and ask questions. The markers were destroyed during the deadly tornados on March 24th.

Teens arrested for murder on Watkins drive
