Reward upped for information leading to arrest in West Point mass shooting case

Officials break ground on Amtrak passenger rail along Gulf Coast

SUMMARY: Amtrak has resumed passenger rail services along the Coast after nearly 20 years, with a groundbreaking ceremony held in Mobile, Alabama.
