West Point man accused of attempted murder faces new charge
SUMMARY: A West Point man, Jeffrey Quinn, already charged with attempted murder, now faces an additional charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Police report that Quinn shot a woman on Crit’s Street following an argument, despite being prohibited from having a gun. West Point Police investigator John Michael L confirmed the details.
