Rafael weakening, rain chances increasing
SUMMARY: Expect rainy weather this weekend, particularly during college football games, so bringing an umbrella or a $2.19 poncho is advised. The current forecast shows dry conditions, but scattered showers may develop as the day progresses, with temperatures in the low 80s. A passing hurricane poses no direct threat but could increase rain chances. Sunday is expected to be wetter, with potential heavy rain leading to localized flooding. The Veterans Day parade should remain dry, but afternoon rain is likely. Breezy conditions will persist into Monday, giving way to cooler temperatures by midweek.
